My husband and I had a terrific afternoon meeting some people who were kind and friendly and from our hometowns . Afterwards I was so supercharged. I did talk with a friend who understood the fun we had but kept wanting to go nuts talking to others. Over and over the story played in my head until it was turning into pain in my head and body. Mind racing and hurting myself in the bargain. I wish I coud have handled the aftermath better. It truly was a hard to handle high.

Manic feelings often hide depression. Some happened during the day that may have triggered depression, and your mind reacted to it by getting Manic.

Oh my gosh. Tough day today. Feel truly spinning. Kind of a pitiful doctor visit and some tough news that my husband needs heart surgery. Feel challenged! scared! Overwhelmed!

Stay centered. Take it day by day. In all probability your husband will do well.
Thanks for this!
