I am fretting about so many things. Relationships, crisis related to my husband's surgery, my reationship with my occasional care helper, and health issues. Really scared and think I need to do something about it.

I am sorry that you are struggling. I have been through similar types of worries. And fear truly sucks.

I don't know what comforts you...but at times like that one thing that is helpful is to try as much as possible to simplify things in my life and just worry about the basics: food, clothing, shelter. Cut out extra pressures and responsibilities as much as possible, ask for help where I can, and take plenty of shortcuts where I can (for example I did a Costco run today and picked up a bunch of stuff that is super easy for dinner that I know the kids will like). I give myself as much self-care as I can manage- I take my meds as prescribed (and I try to be patient with myself as I wait for them to kick in), get a good amount of sleep, see my therapist as much as I can afford.

And don't think you have to figure out EVERYTHING at once- anxiety lies and tells us we have to.

Hugs to you

I'm going through a similar situation PianogirlPlays. So many worries right now and feel totally overwhelmed. Not having a very good day and just wanting to escape my life so badly right now... Have spent much of the morning here at PC. Lots of good suggestions.
