Sorry, haven't read the intro. Lots of emotions but most in front is being tired...and wanting to connect with people.

Have too much feelings and too much in my head.

Can't meditate as I can't seem to do it as am tired but can't sleep. Had a lot of sleep already.

Will life get better?

I'm glad you came here to connect. We have lots of supportive people here.

Have you seen a doctor or therapist? If not, you might consider it.

I, too, suffer from being tired all the time and I get plenty of sleep, too. I suffer from racing thoughts and take medication to help that, as they drive me crazy if I don't.

Life usually has it's peaks and valleys. Hopefully you will feel better soon.
