Have you reached out for help with this? Maybe you are depressed, or too hormonal.

Always check your health all around first, then see a psychiatrist to see if there is a reason for this.

Hi CurioussKent, if you feel like just sleeping it could be that you're depressed. Do you think this is a possibility? I am going through a depression and relish my sleep time - - although it isn't anywhere near enough (last night I slept only about 5 hours!).
