It's better to focus anger outward (safely) (and at whoever deserves it) than inward

Fuzzy, went I originally hit share photo to Tapatalk from my phone, I had a reply button, didn't realize it would start a new separate thread, for that, my apologies...

here's the constructive, anger....

Anger

Wanted to capture the steeple, while waiting at camp drop off, for my son. Couldn't zoom, and crop, well, pixels aren't so great, had fun with the edit and voila. My son, got to enjoy watching this one develop, step by step...

Anger
Sometimes, it's not even possible to confront the person, or situations call that anger cannot be immediately addressed.
I've been writing it out of my system or other outlets, for so long, I forget the angry bear of built up walls of resentment and oozed all over the place in a chaotic mess.
Yet, witnessed many a time, that angry bear in others, directly or indirectly.
Anger is that raw emotion, that most haven't learned to harness and tame. It can be such a wild emotion.
Life gets convoluted for so long, it becomes a tangled mess. What's here and now, what reflective of the past. What leaves one not just angry in the present, but angry at the world. Where to even begin.
Even appropriate work through and addressing of it, or calmly confronting, becomes not just dealing with your own anger, then others reactions and triggers, or not knowing how to accept impersonally and with compassion.

Anger, as an emotion, isn't an enemy, but a call to address something in ones life.

PS, don't look an angry bear in the eyes...a wildness survivalist tip that's been shared with me. Can be fatal.

it's better to learn to let anger dissipate or subside, than to let it eat anyone~

Thanks for that pic Gus1234U. Notice you said not to let anger eat at you but that's exactly what's happening to me. The anger is tearing me up inside.

Hi Fuzzy. I used to bury anger down inside. Very unhealthy. I am gradually learning better ways.

Anger, as an emotion, is not an enemy; but a call to address something in my life. Thanks for this Healingme4me.

I recently saw a plaque in a gift shop that said: "Karma means I can sleep peacefully knowing everyone I treated badly during the day deserved it!"

first this: http://forums.psychcentral.com/borde...ml#post3852893

and now i'm waiting for the meds to take an effect. tomorrow is another day, but within the thousands of racing thoughts emtions and actions i took in the last hour, anger prevails. it's when you really find out who your 'friends' are. never done any harm to them. much to the contrary. fought them over mostly issue with drugs and the bands i was in with them. but never wished them bad. i feel 'staisfied'' for what i did, but pissed as hell and just waiting. it's too much for me.
