Hello, livinglife200. Is the intervention of a professional appropriate to address your concerns?

Hi livinglife, sounds like you're really hurting right now. Do you want to talk about it a bit, and anything that's happened to trigger it???

The feeling of heartache can be overwhelming to the point where we do not know what to do, and begin to have irrational thoughts. The best thing you can do is get it out, it's never good to let emotions fester inside. I would suggest talking to someone here on this site, or express it to the person who is causing it if possible.

I am also struggling with hurts and difficult feelings. I noticed today I missed an opportunity to take better care of myself. That made everything worse. Eating something not too good for me increased the pain. If I take better care of myself I would have felt better and some of the hurts would not have hurt so much. I hope I will do better the rest of the day and avoid hurting myself tomorrow.
