I have no self worth and no purpose anymore. I'm tired of feeling this way. I'm physically tired, I'm troubled in mind and in spirit, fearful, worried, anxious, and I can't see a way out.

Unfortunately I don't have any very useful suggestions, but I know that feeling and it's very unpleasant so sorry you're having to deal with that.

I also know the feeling and I still struggle with it everyday. I know I have to learn to love myself, yet it often seems easier said then to be done.

Hi,
Please do dear self favor and get some books on
self-esteem; the recognized expert on subject is,
Nathaniel Branden, the man is a genius who changed my life. Quote:"In order to love one's self,
one must behave in ways one can admire." Try 2
titles: "Honoring The Self", and "The Six Pillars Of
Self-Esteem."
Deepest Respect,
BLUEDOVE
Thanks for this!
