hey a few days ago I started focusing on self improvement. like one thing trying not to get annoying with friends if they don't respond to something I say. cuase that can bring negative energy. also been trying to stay away from family cuase they stress me out and put me in a bad mood, that's easy tho cuase I live alone its peaceful by myself. altho I wish I had a gf. but im not ready for a gf rite now so that can wait. im also trying to think of new things I can improve in my life, rite now my sleep schedual is backwards. but I guess its working I have been getting to the gym everyday, don't mind nocturnal hours. my sleep schedual contantly changes to I don't think trying to get on a normal sleep schedual is a realistic goal. and also I noticed that I haven't been dwelling on my paranoia I haven't been thinking about it or letting it bother me in the last week or two. also got out of a negative religion that I was into. and started reading the bible. well im not very religious to begin with but the other religion I was studying was bringing negative energy into my life so I got out of that.
