I've lost the ability to describe the turmoil and torment I feel. Words don't describe it anymore. I don't know how to talk to my doctor or my therapist because I don't know what to say. All I can do is say "I hurt - help me!"

Perhaps you can try writing it down and giving your T a letter or sending it in an email? Tha might help you to get the ball rolling.

If you can't find the words, maybe try art. It should't be composed - just pick up a crayon, some paint or a pencil and let it flow. I've used this in the past and it helps.
Mine typically looks looks like a child's scribbling, red and black, pressing down hard. |

I am so sorry you are feeling this way. Please find the strength to let your doctors know how you are feeling. I like both of the other posters answers, you need to get it out somehow, even if it is coming here and writing. I hope things get better for you.
