Well my best friend who has known my for a while wants to care for me but they keep letting this girl who hurts me emotionally drain me and they argue a lot with my other best friend and I don't know how to deal with it all

Any advice?

that's easy........unwelcome the girl that drains you and argues with your friend......who needs the drama.....don't invite her around any more and when she invites herself over tell her you are busy and rather she not come. she will get the message....or just outright tell her she is too negative to have around and you don't want the drama in your life. take care.

You need someone else to care for you. Hire a new care giver.
