My stress level is off-the-chart right now. Nothing seems to work for me right now. I hate my current job and co-workers, but I'm stuck with them. My career is on a downhill slope because I just can't concentrate on my job. There has been no improvements when it comes to my codependent relationship to my toxic spouse. I will never be able to please that woman and she will never fulfill my physical and emotional needs. I have no support system which I trust enough to lean on. I just found out that I will not be able to take the college class I was looking forward to taking. I just can't get any relief.

I just want a hug, but I have nobody to hug.

Sorry you are so stressed Andropov. So what do we have control over? Our attitude and our reactions. You are telling us about the half of the glass that is empty, but part of the glass is full. That is the challenge of overcoming stress.
Sleeping enough is very important - 7 hours minimum. Having trouble, try relaxation and soft gentle music.
Are you eating high protein diet and avoiding sugar, alcohol and recreational drugs? If not this is a place to start weaning them out and starting a wholesome diet with 3-4 hour meals with protein to keep on an even keel.
What exercise do you do? Walking, or calisthenics, yoga or martial arts can be a good outlet and a source of energy.
Notice all this is about things you can control. When you have yourself under control then all these other things are easier, not easy, but easier to deal with.
Do you need medicine to reduce your stress level. If you do the above lifestyle changes and you still are stressed, maybe you should see a doctor about stress reducing medicine.
I notice you got two hugs so far. The secret of getting hugs is giving them. In fact why not try mending fences with your spouse or even trying marriage counseling. When you break the problems into small parts they are manageable and so is your state of mind, right where you are, right now. you can do it!
