Are there lots of times that you have things on your mind, but don't know what to do? I have had this happen to me a few times. For example, you know that you have a bunch of bills due, or you want to buy something that you need, but you can't do it like you want to. You see someone, maybe a best friend that you known for a long time, and you talk to him. You can say, "Man, I got things on my mind," and then you tell him how you feel, so you can get it off your chest. Your friend would listen to you, and agree with you because you let your emotions out.

Well...not exactly. Not everyone has a supportive friend they can talk to.
I'm glad you had a positive experience, but it doesn't work that way for everybody.
I will say this: don't take that friend for granted.
Anyway, thank you for sharing.
Thanks for this!

Trying to be nice has always backfired for me. I never would get the response I was looking for. I guess because I wasn't consistent enough. And work relationships are completely strange - it's like the opposite of how you're expected to act in your personal life. At work you're expected to keep things in and suck it up. In your personal life you're expected to express yourself. Que sera sera...
