Sorry bout the thread, I'm doing fine. Hope you're doing well too.

Time does not heal wounds, unless people give other people chances. yes, you can move on if someone hurt you, but you leave behind a person who is sad, heart broken and just wants to make amends, and will hurt forever.

If you close yourself off to the person who caused you pain, break all contact and move on, it's not always right to expect that person to move on too, as this person always cared for you, and it was never their intention to hurt you.

Hi brokenentity, re: your reason for editing and your other post, only keep yourself to yourself for now if it's helpful to you/you need to, hey??
And really glad if you are "fine" now, but here for you if you want to talk anytime.............

As far as I currently know, only grief work will heal (emotional) wounds.

I wish I knew how to do that, or maybe I'm doing it all wrong. Sometimes I think I'm making progress, but it is quickly undone.
