I'm 18 and I am pretty confident about my body. I have fast metabolism and so I have to use the bathroom to -you know- 2 or 3 times a day. I wish I had a skinnier waist and longer legs but I'm fine with the way my body looks.
Things I really wish I could change is my face. I don't think I'm good looking and I wish I could have a slim face with a small nose and pretty eyes.
I have a wide face with a medium sized nose and not white person eyes.

Another thing I do not like is my chest. I'm a 32A and yesterday I was with my mom. She said it's okay to have this size at my age but not when I'm older, she said I should get plastic surgery. She is a D cup I think. I got my small chest from my Dad's side.
Anyways I'm not really offended by that comment and I'm kind of relieved she said that because maybe I WILL get a boob job. It wouldn't freak her out if I do get one in the future. It's not really bad to have one because it's your life and you should do something if it makes you more confident and happy.
Now you may think Aw she is a typical girl who just wants bigger boobs. Well I also want surgery for something else that I don't feel comfortable saying but it's pretty abnormal. I am very insecure about them and I want surgery for them. I think they are not appealing or attractive and will freak out a future guy. That is one of my insecurities that I do not know how to deal with. I don't ever want to date anyone because of it. Because of their reaction.

I think you are right in the assessment of your body. you need to bring a change in it if you really want it.
But as you said , the future guy will ......, it is the basic mispconception. You will be amazed to hear that some guys simply do not like boobs, even do not like to touch boobs. Some do not like big sized boobs at all. Some guys love square faces. So please, do not visualize things at your own. Your future guy might like you the way you are.
Second thing is that, the guy that is only interested in his imaginative figure and face, is never so much reliable to live with. As the most beautiful persons deteriorate with the age....so lost their charm and beauty one day. Always go for the nature inside the person - not the outer beauty and building...

Yeah, I was always against plastic surgery because it wasn't natural. BUT if it's something you can change that'll bring you more happiness in your life, I say go for it. Just make sure it's not something you do so frequently to the point where you're not you.

Thanks for saying that. That makes me feel better that a guy will like me just the way I am. I know guys love boobs but some may not like them idk. I am just so embarrassed about my flaw... Basically, I can either leave it alone and accept it, get nipple piercings, or get surgery. I will leave it at that. It is so embarrassing to have and I am just SO afraid of a guy's reaction. Not only do I have small boobs but also that added onto it. I am afraid it will freak a guy out.

That is so true. If you're beautiful on the outside and not on the inside, your beauty will deteriorate over time with wrinkles and aging. I agree. The inside is way more important than the outside. I always try to find a good guy with a kind soul who is you know, attractive to me. He doesn't need to be a model. I just want someone I am attracted to.
