I'm just really sad right now. Everyone's having fun with their friends playing games and I'm just over here feeling really sad...I guess I'm feeling kinda left out. I always feel sad when I hear or see other peoples happiness, I don't know why. I could just really use some hugs right now.....

I'm sorry to hear you feel that way. I get like that a lot too at night. We do have a chatroom on here if you want to talk to some people. Hope you feel better soon

I'm a "loner". I don't like spending too much time with other people. Just always been that way. I'm not social. But I understand the feeling of being left out. I am the youngest in my family and it was very easy to get left out of things. Thusly, I internalize a lot and feel comfortable spending time alone.

You can always find comfort with your thoughts.

I get like that. I envy happiness in others. I'm jealous they can "feel" happiness. There is a disorder linked to predominant feeling of this nature. I read about it on this website somewhere. I'll post again, if I can find it. I'm not saying it applies to you, but I know it does to me. It did help me become awareness of this feeling & how it applies to me & my mental issues. You are not alone in this. Being aware of it, did help me put it into some sort of perspective for me. *big warm hug*
