Honestly hurtful events and my own poor choices plus a great deal of stinking thinking have me in a state of fear. Scared of speaking to family members. Scared of eating wrong things. Scared of being hurt or not cared for. Scared of the pain in my body. Scared of what other people say. Scared of medical things. Just plain scared . I am still trying though to do but my inner being is in knots!

Hello PianogirlPlays: Yes, fear can be an overwhelming emotion. And it seems like the more one fears, the more fears tend to develop. You are certainly to be lauded for trying to continue on despite your fears. In addition, I hope you have the opportunity to work through these fears so that, at some point in the not too distant future, you'll be able to resolve at least some if not all of those knots in your inner being.
Thanks for this!

You sound anxious, well self-aware, and even a bit upbeat despite all the adversity. I think you will pull through it! Just to make sure that it is anxiety and not paranoia - can you explain why you are scared of eating wrong things?
