I feel so sick. I have let anger and frustration drive me to eat and act in detrimental ways. I am then essentially making my self sick and curing nothing. I am in counseling and have talked about the fact that decisions and proper responses make you feel better. Bad decisions make you feel worse and here I am feeling worse . It scares me because I wonder if I can feel better.
