I'm terrified of getting old, something that has consumed my thoughts since yesterday. I'm 17 now, but I can't stop thinking about it. I've been having this panic attack since then. Another thing that's bothering me is my school situation. I stopped going to school a year ago due to anxiety, and didn't get a single credit, so now I'm stuck. I'm not sure how to deal with either of those. Does any one know if there's an online school that'll let me mke up a year and a half of school really quickly? I want to go back to high school without making up an entire year and a half. I'm not sure how to deal with either of those, and it's killing me.

I know it does nothing to assure you when you have anxiety to say you have a long time to worry before you get old. the best thing to do is to stay in the present. google mindfulness and try some of those techniques to learn how to stay in the present and it will reduce your anxiety. as for school, I don't know what is available in your area but here there are several options for making up classes quickly online. maybe not as fast as you would like to. maybe your best option would be to take the GED and not worry about making up the credits. take care.
