I've had this attitude that I always have to be strong, and today, things are falling a part fast. I just need someone that is right here saying something of encouragement. This isn't a good spot to be at....

I am happy that you are strong almost all the time but nobody can be strong 100% of the time. Give yourself a break today and know that tomorrow things will be better.
