I don't know what to do. I can't cope with this.
What should I do?

Sorry Sometimes doing something for someone else helps. Is there a local nursing home you could volunteer at?
Thanks for this!

Okay. I can tell you are feeling empty and hurt. So I'm going to help you. Join the SNAP CLUB today and you'll feel better really soon, I promise. The best part is that it's easy. Let me go and grab that link about SNAP CLUB for you.

EDIT: Okay, sorry that took so long, had to stop and smile for a moment at my own joy. Here's that link for you. http://forums.psychcentral.com/depre...n-escaped.html Once you start SNAP CLUB, you'll fill that empty hollow feeling in your soul up with the joy and happiness that comes from your true self. Have fun!!

I used to do lots of voluntary work and felt good for doing it. Work and anxiety got in the way. I could do little things though.
Thank you for replying and for the idea.

Learn about yourself to fill in the emptyness. Build a stronger sense of self.
Thanks for this!

I wish I knew how.
I've spent a long time trying to do that, to find things to enjoy and care about, but my emotions feel fairly flat at the moment. I stumble around feeling like I'm made of paper - dry, flat, weightless, unable to feel and unable to leave a mark upon the world.

Here's how you find and fill your heart with happiness. It's super simple, and super fun. Try it!!

No one have to leave a mark on the world. If your depression is over whelming see a therapist.
