How is it possible? I never trusted others. I always had distance from everything and everyone. I feel I have nothing in me to open up. I am confused.

I like writing but havn't done it in years except for here. i love meditating, or i used to when i was younger. electronic music rock sounds great, not sure what vocaloid is although. i must be old, actually im 54. I'm a 60's child. I have a 24 year old son, music is the best thing ever in the world. i play a little classical, taught piano for 3 years too. How old are you or is that personal to you? not sure what anime is? what type of things do you write about? Thats great that you meditate if you do? I've read alot about meditation, i studied alot of transendental meditation books when i was babysitting for some yoga teachers kids as a teenager. I hope you keep writing i read on and off, i get so engrossed when i read books it's hard to put them down, i haven't actually read a book in over a year now, i was getting hooked on them!!! I love Steve Martin, I'm an oldie. I also like all music. well tell me more things you like if you want and hope to hear from you soon.

That's weird, i took 3 years of Latin in high school. also a year of French. I couldn't remember much of it to this day but i loved Latin, hated French. Japanese music sounds nice and relaxing. Learning Japanese sounds like fun too, but difficult, you must be smart or at least intellectual. My nephew in law went to Japan and loved it he wants to live there.I now meditation is relaxing too and i can't remember the names of the books i've read.

I don't think reaching for something that may or may not be there because you feel it's what you have to do is a genuine way to go about it. Chances are, you (like everyone else) close off parts of yourself willingly or unwillingly. Some people close off a lot. Others a little. One exercise in trust would be to second-guess yourself if you're talking to friends and family when you find something that you're hesitant to talk about for fear of their judgment or disinterest.
I often close myself off out of simple fear, since I'm used to rejection all around. I have a few online friends, and if I'm not careful I can start to shut them out too by opting not to talk about things that are bothering me or deepen conversations. Trying not to lose people can cause them to be lost, though. |

I mean don't worry too much about it. Simply being mindful of what you choose not to share when you could (and why) can give you opportunities to open up more. Just my two cents on the matter...
