I am always angry. Sometimes I throw temper tantrums and kick holes in the walls and break dishes.

Last week I was really pissed at the sponsor I had. I was standing at the kitchen sink and thought about breaking dishes. Then I said to myself, "What will that accomplish? Nothing, you will just have less dishes than you do now." Knowing I couldn't afford to lose anymore dishes, I chose to wash the dishes instead. And the feeling of rage soon left.

That was the first time I have been able to control my anger in a long time. I still feel angry quite often, but it's not out of control like it was.
