How do you know when your emotions have gone past the realm of being normal responses to a situation to be fueled by the bipolar disorder? Is there something that lets you know that maybe you are on the verge of getting sick because your emotions are just too strong for what the situation is? Also. I rarely drink--I used to years ago, but nowadays, I drink so infrequently that I don't even know the normal reaction to expect from booze. I drank last night and became very emotional--very angry. It scared me. This has never happened to me before...I'm always a happy drunk. Do any of you experience this?
