I need advice if possible.Should we ignore our gut feelings? Even if you can't shake it off?

Sometimes I think intuition, or gut feelings, can be deceiving. I think that in certain situations, it is ok to mindfully ignore them as it can provide a learning experience for you and help you grow. All depends on what it is though.

It depends on whether you trust them or not.
I have difficults to distinguish between them and paranoical thoughts.

Go with them. I've never regretted listening to my gut, and have regretted many times when I didn't.

I try to trust my gut. Sometimes I`ve been wrong though and I misread a situation...but more often then not, I follow my gut
