There are times where I have this feeling that life is so limited. My life is really boring right now regardless of being busy. It feels like I have done everything in my life that I wanted and that I have reached my full potential. Even doing the things that I love aren't always so fulfilling. I'm just ranting

So true this ElCambio - I think this sometimes too - you're right in terms of it's "limited" so I guess it's about working out strategies that might help you find a sense of fulfilment - I view the term "limited" as in we should attempt to at least find an inner sense of peace and happiness; I am quite sure others would be able to give their own interpretation.

Go to new places, and talk to new people. You will be surprised. There is more to life than you could even imagine.

Hi ElCambio, congrats and kudos on completing the things in your life you wanted to achieve!!!
And as for potential.........well I'd say we can have a wide range of hidden potential lying in different areas, but it sounds like you want to find fulfill more of that in some new areas meaningful to you???
So what do you think.........finding new opportunities??? Maybe new activities??? Maybe doing some night classes to expand on/find new interests??? Maybe joining some groups, even online groups if there are none in your area??? Maybe doing some voluntary work??? Maybe help/advise/support other people e.g. family/friends on more reaching their potentials??? Maybe give yourself the "challenge" to try/complete a particular goal (whatever that is), or try something you've never tried before say.........once a month???
Just some thoughts...........

Thank you guys for responding. These are all great.
I think the summer will allow me more time to do these things. My current long-term goal is to become fluent in Spanish. I feel like I'm gonna be permanently stuck at the intermediate level, though. I want to become a Spanish teacher, but I don't know if I'll be fluent in about five years (time from now til the end of college). It kind of scares me.

Hi ElCambio, sounds like a goal you're passionate about
But remember we're talking about not limiting yourself here, right??
So if, for any reason at all, you can't hit that specific five year mark, it can still be OK.......still plenty of opportunities. Either further towards that goal or towards new/different goals you may find on the way.
But if you maybe aren't going to be getting "there" by then......well timelines don't always work anyway.........maybe you could be helping others with some private tuition while brushing up on your skills at the same time, maybe spend a little time in Spain to help you absorb the language a bit better, maybe see if there are any Spanish exchange students in your area and while they're helping you with the language you can be helping them with other things, maybe tap into Students of The World: Penpals from Spain - make Spanish friends - penfriends for kids, students, teachers
to pick up Spanish e-pals where you could get a bit more used to the language and make more friends (exercise usual internet safety with that though!!).............
But either way, allow yourself to keep your options open, hey?? Don't go restricting yourself

it is great you've reached this point in your life. maybe volunteering would be inviting. i volunteered in an elderly care unit and it was so fulfilling. if you want to make money too maybe you could find a part time job too. learning spanish sounds like a great idea as there are so many people who speak it now a days too. good luck
Thanks for this!

I remind myself that we cannot always live on the mountain tops and sometimes those valleys are pretty boring? Being between life projects, having had to let go of one and not having another yet can get me out of sorts and I have to keep reminding myself that the next thing will come along eventually, in its time, when I'm ready to start it. "When the student is ready, the teacher will come" sort of thing? :-)
