Hi everyone. Im finding that lately I have become very very sensitive, and that I have been personalizing almost everything. Im starting to think that I have more than just depression or anxiety. My moods fluctuate rapidly and without warning. And with reference to the sensitivity, everything affects me; the weather, my parent's moods, my friend's moods, the way my friends act towards me… Its really getting to me. Im sick and tired of feeling like this. It feels like a constant vibration of negativity flowing through my body. Its literally like I have a voice in my head telling me anything that will uncover my weaknesses more and more.

If you haven't already seeked out help I would recommend seeking out a psychiatrist to help you get a dx and help with what you have going on.
Thanks for this!

If words get to you easily, let me say this:
"You're a strong person, strong enough to reject any negativity that comes at you."
Let this get you real good.
Thanks for this!
