I can only really describe myself as feeling good, bad, or nothing/neutral and I can never find a better way of describing it than by using those 3 terms. Does anyone get that? Or even understand what I'm trying to say?

Yes! I had a therapist once tell me that I had trouble recognizing and expressing a healthy range of emotions. That idea stuck with me and I work hard to notice different emotions in myself and in others. For some reason, it just doesn't come easy for some of us... I've been known to google "what is jealousy?" "how to know if you're frustrated", etc. Good luck!
Thanks for this!
