Hello together,

I got a decision to make and I have many doubts. I am afraid to make the "wrong" decision. I am in a state, where I just want to avoid a disaster and that maybe evokes it even more. I dont know how to get clarity of what I want. Everything I think for one side of the decision can be doubt by another arguement. I already meditated andwalked in the forest, took a cold shower but my mind is very intrusive, I cant really feel what I want and when I feel something what I maybe want I dubitate it to be legit. I am becoming crazy by all these doubts. I just want clarity. Please help.

Thanks a lot and best wishes

You are smart. Just go with the multiple ideas you get. Remember every decission has its risks and trade offs.

When we make decisions,we usually look to what will happen
if we choose, say,B. But try and add this: What WON'T HAPPEN
if you choose B?
