I've always been criticized for being overly sensitive which I cannot help. I'm trying to figure out how to channel my intense emotions when I feel rejected and abandoned. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hard to get a grip some times. Sometimes helpful to be distracted and absorbed in other things.

Hi I have the same problem with being overly sensitive and I have been that way long time. I am 50 years old and it is not always easy, but I just keep using my coping skills and talking to my therapist. It does help. you are not alone. take care.
