I was up crying last night (not about this, but about something different) and I noticed after a while that I enjoyed touching my cheek to my pillow and rubbing my head with my other hand. I didn't really realize it until just now, but nothing touches my face ever (not even clothes or my hair haha). They say it releases a whole bunch of chemicals, which I'd rather not subject anyone else to. Although I couldn't go that far too quickly, and hugs make me so nervous that I start shaking, but maybe a quick pat on the side of the arm sometime? Maybe? Just feeling kinda alone here. Thank you.

I'm very sorry to hear that you're going through a rough time at the moment and that you spent the night crying. Yeah I can get what you are saying about the touch factor and what you are aren't longing for. It makes sense what you have said.

I'm sorry you're feeling alone. I hope that this feeling passes soon for you
