I suffer from bipolar, clinical depression, anxieties, stress, and taking meds for each. Sometimes they help, other times they dont. ive suffered with a mild version of this and was able to keep it hid from everyone, but deep down all i felt was anguish, seperation from others. now i cant hide it any longer, and my emotions are all out of wack.

Unfortunately, we go through times where we just can't hide our feelings. You just have to do the best you can to deal with them when they come up. Are you in therapy? If not, that might help. Also, talk to your doctor, as your meds may need adjusting.
