I care far too much about people I have known for a short amount of time. I cry over them after two conversations and I get attached to people so easily. I genuinely don't know what to do or why this is happening to me and I don't know how to deal with it.

Any suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

I am the same way....wish I could stop this unhealthy behavior...would save me a lot of heartache.

For me there is this intense pain in my chest, physical. I just sit there and cry because it feels like my heart might actually be breaking slowly.
