I'd like to just punch somebody's (somebody in particular) lights out.

Is there a dependable person left in this world? Come out, come out wherever you are.

I've f'ing had it.

I hear you. Do you want to talk about it a bit more and tell us what has happened?

I asked my quasi-SO to complete the ADHD forms that the psychologist requested be completed by someone that knows me now. I left instructions for him and extra copies in case he chose something and wanted to choose a different answer and not make it look like a scratched out mess.

I explained in advance that the doctor needs a week to review all the forms (mine, my mom's, his) in order to prepare and review his findings with me. I had plans to go out with a girlfriend Friday evening so I left his forms for him.

Despite him getting done with work at 3pm on Friday - therefore having the entire rest of the day to do them plus working today (Saturday) (the absolute last day I can bring them to the doctor so he has his week to review them), he didn't do them. When I asked him to do the forms in the first place, I explained the fact that the doctor will NOT give me definitive diagnoses unless ALL forms are returned completed. At best I will get a "possible" diagnosis.

To be honest, it's more the principle of the thing than anything else. I wasn't asking a lot, I don't think. They're not even long forms!!

His excuse? I was "out having fun with a friend" so he thought he should be able to do whatever he wanted, too. He has some issues of his own as far as maturity, trust issues, etc.

That (above) was just the icing on the cake, though.

It began going in the crapper at 1:30 on Friday when I arrived at my pdoc's reception desk having left work and driven through a nasty construction zone to get there only to be told they didn't have me on the calendar and she was completely booked. I made that appt. over 2 weeks ago.

I just had to turn around and drive allllll the way back to work.

When I got back to the office, a shitstorm was waiting for me. Somebody had dropped a. MAJOR ball and I spent the next 4.5 hours frantically cleaning it up as best I could.

Left work after 6pm despite my boss telling me on the beautiful summer Friday that it was, that I could leave at 4:15pm.

Yeah. Yesterday sucked.

But thank you for caring.
