I'm just having a really hard time right now. I'm so tired of being so unhappy and miserable. I just feel I can't ever just move forward.

It is hard to get passed things. Sometimes it feels like something difficult happens each day that gets you off track again. One thing that seems to help me is to find the good things that happen too. It would be nice to talk to someone too.

I have days like that, when just getting through the day seems like too much ask. I try to remind myself "that this too shall pass".
I also try to think about nature's beauty, be it a flower or baby animal. I even look for pictures of such to make me smile and then close my eyes and try to focus on the picture reminding myself of the beauty. I find it helps. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
