I have been thinking about how i have been stressed to the max all my
life and then had a profound insight i have had a dozen times.
but this time it is sticking.

it is all from that Peter pan advice which you have heard a hundred times.

if you can think of anything i need add let me know.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~.
You get out of it what you put into it.
trust your boss work hard and you'll get rewarded Trust in God, just follow the rules, pay attention to what people want, don't rock the boat, show up on time, start early work late, don't be selfish, be unselfish, find something you enjoy and you will succeed, take classes, get a degree, believe in yourself, love yourself, convince your boss you'll do a great job,, sell yourself, go the extra mile, go to church, you have to be a friend to have a friend, you can have anything you want to long as you work hard enough, work and play when when, don't be so concerned but you can get out of it think about the person, trust in luck, fill out an application and you'll get the job practice makes perfect will , ., Making a plan B is planning to fail, you don't need to do a trial run, trust in God, follow the 10 Commandments, forgive and forget, don't judge, initially trust people,, expect people will do their job, trust people to do their job, you'll get trained, trust her coworkers they won't sabotage you, you don't need to hurry, you'll have plenty of time, don't expect traffic you won't have it,, and if you paid for insurance your covered , will save for a rainy day, life is not complicated, don't worry, don't sweat the small stuff, don't overthink it, things will work out, just ask for the date, just ask for the job, just submit an application you get the job, it's there will be plenty of time, think positive, you will get positive and negative you will get negative, if someone tells you you can trust them you can trust them ,
since i started accepting how much i am relaxed, saved for the anxiety these beliefs and buying into them brings me.
Telling me your thoughts?
Those are good thoughts you're having there. Along those lines, I would add...
do what other successful people have done/do and you will be successful
Dr. Doom: writes 'it has come to my attention with all this focus on foofoo new age things and 'taking care of myself' thinking that there has been a horrible outbreak in some places of serenity and even happiness flu, or joy fever. To remedy this situation I am offering my free PH.D. Medical advice, at NO charge on how to either prevent this happening to you,or reversing this disturbing signs of a growing plague.
Here is my RX, should you start showing any signs of lack of tension, calm breathing, relaxed conversation and pleasant social interactions. Other signs include in the advanced stages, relaxation of the facial muscles and a crescent moon shape appearing on the lips, acute cases cause the cheeks to rise and showing the teeth, and the 'victims' eyes brightening. If you see one of these people, be warned, avoid them at all costs. The condition is contagious.
Prescription for misery: that check you fill out, and feel a tinge; or someone else makes the comment; reply 'the signs of OLD age. g is forgotten 'well, senior moments.' use any event or observation as an opportunity to point out that the (metaphoric) path you walk has puddles.
Prescription for misery: Draw attention to the fact, 'every silver lining also has a cloud.', 'that it is raining and you don't like rain, so I don't like it either.'. Focus on the negative thinking. Ruminate those worries of your sick relative or child and so everything is terrible and everything is going wrong.\\ To point out some good, or enjoy a moment is not respectful for the sorrow of someone else, somewhere else. It is selfish, it is showing how little you care to find a moment of gratitude while another is sad 'of somewhere in you circle of friends.'.
Prescription for misery: Never Take A Break
carrying on with life at your current reckless rate. Crank Up the speed. Push yourself at a mad barreling through life. Lack any pace, and fire answers at people. Crank up your expectations any second you have a second. Find some new task to add onto your already teetering mountain of self-absorbed, self-expectations.
To be continued:
Don't concern yourself just what you have to do for your own life but pile on obligations of other people as well, the more the better; the heavier the more beneficial to guarantee Misery with a big M. This habit is self-reinforcing: the more the pile grows, the more reluctant you’ll be to tackle it. And guess what? The bigger it is, the more it’ll prey on your mind. An easy way to make yourself miserable.
Prescription for misery: Let Everything Mount Up
Whenever there’s something which might cause you stress – unanswered emails, unpaid bills, your taxes, your Christmas cards – let it mount up. Leave your bills unopened for months. Shove all your receipts straight into one big envelope. Don’t bother updating your address book until December 15th. fin
Prescription for misery: . Blame Other People
you mustn’t take responsibility for any of your problems. Blame your parents. Blame society. Blame the government. Blame your boss. . it doesn’t really matter who you blame. Just so long as you’re clear that you aren’t to blame at all – meaning you couldn’t possibly have any power to change the situation. fin
Prescription for misery: Dwell On It Now that you’ve got a big problem, make sure you dwell on it. When you are not thinking about your 'annoyance' which you have turned into a catastrophe, ruminate on what went wrong a minute ago, yesterday, THE slight from the cashier, the store customer's .odd look . it was not just odd; it was evil is the way you should feel about it. fin
Prescription for misery:
Talk with people or friends with only three goals, to complain, gripe and gather evidence life YOUR LIFE is terrible.. or to recycle resentment, rage, bitterness and sorrow. Isolate because you have poisoned your own conversation so much you don't want to give that friend a reason to leave you. Associate only with the mean, the selfish, the bitter. fin
Prescription for misery:
All symptoms of who they are out to get you. That driver that just cut you off, he is a symptom of how all the drivers will behave, expect total irresponsibility, irrationality, and vile rage from everyone on your road. Eat as if someone will snatch the food away any moment. Rush through life without preparation or forethought, only worry. fin
Prescription for misery:
Talk with people or friends with only three goals, to complain, gripe and gather evidence life YOUR LIFE is terrible.. or to recycle resentment, rage, bitterness and sorrow. Isolate because you have poisoned your own conversation so much you don't want to give that friend a reason to leave you. Associate only with the mean, the selfish, the bitter. fin
Prescription for misery: Never consider more care and thoroughness on your part would have any effect. Never Accept Help Complain, Whine And Grumble When you’re miserable, let the world know about it. Complain to your co-workers about the food in the staff canteen. Grumble about the weather, the price of gas, the media, the government. Whine to your friends about your long hours, aching back and credit card debt. Fin
Cure for the malady of Serenity: disdain order, and orderliness in everything. Disdain thoroughness, order, patience, care, forethought, being present in the moment with full attention.
Disdain responsibility in all the meanings and aspects that word contains, don't apologize, don't be thorough or careful or diligent when you communicate, don't think about what you are doing, assume other people did their job and you don't need to make sure everything is as it should be. Don't keep your head on a swivel, just look ahead, or don't even do that.
Disdain selfishly taking moments to set your own priorities for your life; never take breathers. Smirk at taking breaks, taking a mini-vacation, reading a book for pleasure, indulging in a special meal, or any activity you enjoy above all others. Despite loving or even liking yourself as a waste of time on sentimental clap-trap, or vanity or egotism.
