today has not been a good day for me. I spend the morning running around trying to find all white for this fraternity I am joining. Then this online group I joined managed to kick me out because I did not like their stupid rules. So needless to say I a irritated. I am hoping my mood changes but it has not thus far. I am ready to go to sleep for the night but that wont happen because the 3 year old is wide away. Anyways just venting.

I hope your mood improves, as I know how bad anxiety can feel.

I loathe those type of days. I hope your mood improves sweetheart. Don't let it get ya down. You have many users who love you here.

Sometimes I find it best to just take a step back from the internet for a little bit. What I try to do is to find a good book to read and just let my emotions go by getting lost in a book. It's a strategy I learned from a book I recently read actually. If you're interested, check out this book by a fellow anxiety trooper. It's called "It's Not Your Journey". I got it on my Kindle! This woman seems like she's been through hell just like most of us, but her coping strategies were AMAZING! Now I apply them to my daily routine when it used to be hard to even get out of bed for me.

Wellest of Wishes. Remember to take some time from yourself away from the distractions. We might think the internet and these forums are helping us, but sometimes we let them get the best of us and they become detrimental.
