seem to have lost the ability to feel sad, cry, be happy

feel mostly numb, empty, sympathetic, empathy, angry, blank, no thoughts, confused, disorintated, slow

i know when i should feel sad, happy etc but physically cant do it

i am sorry you are struggling. you do sound very confused. it is positive that you can still feel sympathy/empathy/anger. Anger is considered a secondary emotion, a response to emotions you are unable to understand, do not have the skills to cope with. being able to identify what is the primary emotion at the root of this anger can help you resolve those angry feelings.

Your avatar - icon on the left says more about you, than what you say in your post. I recommend going with how your cat avatar is feeling.
Thanks for this!

I feel the same way. I'm always numb, apathetic, and closed off from the world. You're not alone man.
