Does anyone know of a list or something similar with different emotions and signs of that emotion?
I know that a sign of Anixiety/fear is quick, shallow breathing and a strange feeling in the gut, but I'm not sure of the other ones (I'm autistic). Ive tried asking my psychologist but she isn't really the best at describing or explaining anything.

I can see why your Psychologist is not really describing of explaining anything. I suggest that you continue seeing her, she is doing the right thing.

I tried doing an internet search. I must have been using the wrong keywords, because I didn't find much. Here's one page that I found. You have to be careful with this type of description, though. For example, a person will have a different (or more extreme) bodily reaction if they are feeling an emotion intensely vs. slightly.

I think that the page I linked to has some other links with more information. I hope that it will be helpful to you.
Thanks for this!

Sorry, I'm not really sure what you mean by this?

Thank you, that's actually pretty helpful. I know that I need to be careful when trying to interpret emotions, just been in need of a little guidance. Thanks!
