It's really rough time for me. I can't get that song and disturbing memories out of my head and I feel trapped. Even as I typed this I'm going to sleep to forget about today. I'm going to forget about how lonely I am right now.

I really don't like the apartment policy of coming in your place being very loud barging in your too to do a service with a lack of when they will warning you of them doing that. My mom told me not to answer to no one feelings it's the police for a small matter being scary. I can't even sleep without feeling uncomfortable with random dudes can just walk in here unless I use the secondary lock while I'm Asleep.

why are 'random dudes' walking into your apartment?

If it is your landlord/caretaker they allowed to but must give you advance warning and a suitable reason.

It was a suitable reason, but the apartment complex we live in has either maintenance or some contractor doing either what today was pest control. I was warned through a note they be there 3 days ago. My mom had some strange incident so I thought that the police are at the door. So I was scared and I had no energy. They just knock on the door out of nowhere. It's just they are very inconsistent on the time they do show up and surprising knocking on the door and barging in. It's quite obnoxious and it's very uncomfortable to me.
