I'm always angry, and I don't know why. It only takes something small to infuriate me and then the anger consumes me internally. I'm quite pleasant and friendly so you'd never know. It's so difficult to live with and I don't know what to do

You might consider seeing a therapist.

I have a few questions that come to mind - like, are you currently managing your mental health with medication? Would you say you are in/entering a state of elation? Are you just generally irritable or do you have a specific trigger(s)?

Hi, I am on Lexapro for anxiety. Usually my anger is triggered, often when people are rude or not nice to me.
