Hi all,
I am have a rough patch in my life and finding one situation triggering a title wave of emotions that stem from a long way back. I could use some one to talk about this with.

Hello Harry r: I see you've been a member for 8+ years. But this is your first post. I guess it's just taken you awhile to warm up to the idea of posting! As I presume you are aware, there are lots of great folks here. So you should certainly be able to find someone to talk to. The more you post, & reply to other members' posts, the more connected to the community you will become! My best wishes to you...

well here goes
now looking back for at least 5 years or so I was putting up wall around me and slowly pushing my wife out. Slowly shutting down an becoming very emotionless except being angry all the time. Would be temperamental to family.

in the last 5 years or so there has been a lot things happen. My business stopped working due to the changes of how technology has changed. My mother in law has died and on hard times financially.

a few days ago things unraveled. This is the way I have explained my emotional issues and what would happen. the emotions are the water behind a dam and if I had an issue the water would go over the dam. well this time there was so much pressure behind he dam and that the dam exploded and now is gone. The issue is I have at times half an hour at a time of crying fits and this is like a title wave in to the valley below.

I know this is good because I will balance out and start being ok but there are so many things to talk about that will take more that just a post.
