sometimes i feel like a robot. no emotion no feels no life. i cant stop it or get out of it i feel nothing... why

It's hard to answer that question not knowing anything about you. Do you take medication? Have you been diagnosed with anything?

you probably need a diagnosis to see what it could be. do you have a doc or t? it could be for several reasons.

no never been diagnosed and i dont take meds but then again i have never been tested

Are there particular times when you feel like a robot? Is there any chance you are responding to stress like that? Did the onset of this feeling coincide with a life event (e.g. job related or family related)?

Otherwise I agree with avlady - you should see someone.

Ya it's probably a response to stress idk it feeling like it just comes and outs when ever
