Anything by Slowdive usually calms me when I'm anxious:

Fade Into You by Mazzy Star:

Already There by The Verve:

Speaker 12 by Drugstore:

Ma Solituda by Catherine Wheel

Pink Moon by Nick Drake
Thanks for this!

Do you like classical? Not sure if you like it, but much of it is very calming and it helps me.

I don't know what you like, but if you like jazz, you might like this.

I'm not sure if this is music, but I listen to binaural beats to alleviate my anxiety.

If interested, go to YouTube and search "binaural beats for anxiety."

Tangerine Dream, a german electronic band. They're pioneers in kauftrock music and other genres of electronica. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tangerine_Dream

Here's one their double album called ''Mars Polaris'' and it will take you on a trip through the universe!

Trust me, their music is so relaxing, I listen to it and feel as if I was on a space ship, travelling through the stars.
