Had a little accident on the weekend. Im good other than I am swollen and in pain from left hip to left toe. Tensor wrapped knee. On crutches. Fun part is I am allergic to all the good pain meds so I have to cope best I can on tylenol. Im so out of sorts. Have no control and its making me very cranky. I dont know how to not do things yet I dont do much anyway. Just going to the washroom is an ordeal and forget cooking or getting a glass of water. So I have to wait until fiance gets home from work. My house is not friendly for someone on crutches, I cant even answer the door. Its getting me down.

Be sure to ask for help getting around the house. Maybe hire a housekeeper while recovering.
