Hi all!

I just wonder how people manage to stay confident about themselves. It's because I've never believed in myself despite whatever I achieve or do. I tried convincing myself to own whatever good I have in myself but I still end up putting myself down.

Anything you can give me is extremely welcome! Thanks!

Why do you put yourself down? How do you do that?
