A bad thing has happened 3x. Between each time my partner has promised me it would never happen again. He gained back my trust just to break it and do it again. It's been a year since the last 3 time. I love him deeply. He has shown me things are better and he would never do this again. I do not know how to forgive myself, him, and move on to let go. I get into bad moods where I feel the need o scream. I get flashbacks of the past. I can not deal with this any longer. I can't forgive and move on right away but I need to know how to speed this process up.?

How old are you ? Maybe it comes with age , the learning to let go, is it something you deem ubforgiveable , maybe that is what holds you back "
