I wish I could say it was related to something...then I could deal with it.

It is unbearable.

What do I do?

If you can't focus on TV or a book, maybe something physical, like cleaning? Or cooking? Or exercise?

A hot shower to rinse away the tears, a cup of tea, a hot meal and some soft music to soothe the soul. And hug your cat or dog... it will make you feel better... blessings

I have the same sadness since yesterday. I don't know what to suggest because I don't know what to do myself. It happens to me from time to time, and it seems that it comes and goes with no reason.

Do nothing. After that do whatever you want to soothe yourself, but let the sadness be there. Because trying to escape it makes it worse. I use herbs like valerian, passion flower, and herbal tea like chamomile. Tell yourself over and over again, "This will pass. Hang on. "

Be like the tree in the desert with its long taproot that goes down and finds the water. You are that tree. You are soaking up the underground water. You are staying alive. Drink deep, and hold on.
