Do you also feel lonely?
I had a problem like this also and it was caused because I could be alone as I felt lonely.

But, from what I know, cymbalta may cause also some of the feelings you are experiencing and you should ask this to your doctor.

It is so difficult to tell what motivates our behavior. One of the treatment for Cymbalta is bipolar. This can range from depression to anxiety to mania so it could be just part of the illness manifesting itself.

I would tell your T and pdoc to let them know so they could discuss and possibly change or adjust meds.
