Hello... Um, I'm not that good at explaining or summaries so please forgive me for any mistakes I might (will definitely) make.

I'm extremely confused about my feelings. I question almost everything I do...Everything I am. It's wrong. I'm wrong. Everything feels so wrong, why am I here? I'm wrong... A failure. A mistake.... An accident. I'm wrong!

I can't help myself anymore. I've ignored my own emotions and now look where that's got me! Everyone thinks I'm wrong... No! They KNOW I'm wrong! I'm so wrong... I'm a disappointment. To my friends... To my family... Mostly to my own damn self.

I can't stop thinking it... I'm so sorry! I'm so sorry, everyone! I wasted your precious time... Look what I did... I'm a failure. A disapointment. An accident...
I'm wrong... I'm wrong... That's all I was and ever will be; WRONG. I'm so sorry...

Welcome to Psych Central, Kaigray. Please go easy on yourself. No one is a total failure, including you, nor are you a mistake or accident. I'm terribly sorry you feel this way.

Hello... Sorry...
The night city grows
Look at the horizon glow
Drinking in the lights
Following the neon signs
Looking at the milky skyline
The city is my church
It wraps me in blinding twilight...

Hello... Sorry...

What is the evidence you are wrong? Is it likely to be correct? When you encounter a 'wrong' situation or thought ask yourself what being right would look like. Challenge that thought! How realistic is it?

See a Therapist, and look at you childhood, for that is where all this started. Over time, you can heal fron those thoughts and feelings. But remember, it is your childhood. and how your parents treated you, that got all this started in the first place.

You are struggling right now and anxiety can trick you into thinking everything is wrong. It is not all or nothing. You are asking for help. That isn't wrong.

You are not a failure. Not at all! You are a good person that wants to get better.
