Last appointment with my t today (i'm moving) and I can't stop crying. I can't believe how much this hurts

Tues morning was my last in-person appointment - at least I have a couple of follow up appointments in the months to come.
It feels like someone died. I can't believe how powerful the grief is. I'm moving to texas for a new job hoping this wasn't a huge mistake |

If you're feeling that bad about it, I guess you shouldn't move.
However though, I think you'll get over it and soon be happy with your new life. |

My old job may have ended anyways--I found a new job before my team was targeted. I hope you are right. I hate feeling grief this intensely

I just ended with my T a month ago and I am sorry you are feeling this pain also. Its hard. Its a relationship like no other and most people don't get it. Its been a month for me and I am still shocked at the power of the grief. I really hope it gets easier for you. I know how bad it hurts.
